Lim Wei Foon
Founder/Managing Director
Ms. Lim Wei Foon comes from a finance background with over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial management, reporting and internal control. She served the industry as an Auditor, Tax Co-ordinator and Senior Accounts Executive before turning into an entrepreneur. Ms. Lim founded Luxxo together with her business partners back in year 2019 as she believes that alternative medicine and wellness therapies can help people to achieve a healthy and stress-free life. Ms. Lim is involved in providing strategic advice to the board, building long term and trusting relationship with shareholders.
Ch’ng Wee Ling
Founder/Director
Mr. Ch’ng Wee Ling is the founder of Luxxo, and has previously served as the director of Global Link Industries Sdn Bhd and Global Link Cellular Accessories Sdn Bhd for 18 years. The companies are involved in the manufacturing, distribution, and retail of mobile phone accessories products. Mr. Ch’ng currently serves as an advisor to these companies. Mr. Ch’ng is able to contribute to the top line of Luxxo based on the strong business networks he had gained over his years of exposure in the business environment.
Mr. Tan Boon Yew, is the founder of Osmonics Sdn Bhd, an OEM and branded water filter supplier company in Malaysia, a company he established in 2000. With more than 20 years of experience in the business environment, Mr. Tan is able to contribute to the business growth for the group and to build a good relationship with the stakeholders of the Company.
Lim Wee Chun takes the mantle as Chief Operating Officer for Luxxo on driving it toward its strategic objectives. Lim involved in the start-up of the Company, developed and execute business strategies, prepare and implement comprehensive business plans, oversee daily operations of the Company and manage business partnerships/collaborations with potential parties.
Equipped with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, hygiene and home care – having led with a culture of constantly raising the bar for excellence in Rentokil Malaysia and Abadi Hygiene Services – Lim is intuitively familiar with what it takes to tailor the best solutions for clients who seek to restore well-being in their lives, as he had repeatedly exceeded sales and operating profits in the service industry. Lim has a keen strategic acumen that supplements his deep experience, seen through the active leadership that helped build Abadi Hygiene Services Sdn Bhd (now a pillar of Rentokil’s empire) from the ground up.
With an excellent team of management staff and professional medical doctors working together, Luxxo is thus able to quickly leverage on technological and scientific breakthroughs in healthcare and wellness globally, bringing the best the region has to offer to its clients.
Tan Hock Wah
Co-Founder
Tan Hock Wah is the former Chief Financial Officer of Luxxo and parallels the achievements of Lim Wee Chun with long-standing contributions to Rentokil and Abadi Hygiene Services, having risen to top leadership in both companies in 14 and 16 years respectively.
Tan established himself as a General Manager of Finance in Rentokil, which became a springboard for him to lead as the Group Finance & Administration Director as well as shareholder in Abadi Hygiene Services. He is also qualified as a Chartered Institute Management Accountant (CIMA) and a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Centered, perceptive, and extensively seasoned in the workings of the health and home care market, Tan has the wealth of insight and strategic judgement necessary to develop Luxxo as a strong influence in the global wellness.
Calvin Kiew Wing Khong
Co-Founder/Independent Director
Calvin Kiew obtained his Bachelor of Laws from University of London in 2011 and completed his Certification in Legal Practice in 2012. He set up his own legal practice under Messrs. Amos Ho, Sew & Kiew, being the head of the Corporate and Commercial Department. Calvin’s expertise is in the practice of commercial, corporate and employment law where he is involved in advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate due diligence matters, corporate and commercial structuring, employment matters and various commercial and corporate contracts.
Calvin firmly believes practicing corporate and commercial law is a matter of flexibility, creative, strong dedication and hard work in attempt to craft the best, practical and pragmatic legal solutions for clients without compromising the quality of his work and advises to clients.
Chief Scientific Advisor –
Dr. S. Sellamuthu
Dr. Muthu, PhD, joined Luxxo Wellness in October 2024 as Chief Scientific Advisor and consultant for cell-based products.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in Regenerative Medicine to Luxxo and an impressive track record in cell-based product and development in regenerative medicine and cancer immunotherapy. Most recently, Dr. Muthu served as the Chief Scientific Officer and a member of the executive team at a Center of Regenerative Medicine, leading the company’s strategic research roadmap – including early-stage research, product development and aging & cancer genomics – shaping the vision for anti-aging and oncology diagnostics and patient care. Prior to Center of Regenerative Medicine, Dr. Muthu spent over 3 years in USA, where he established and led the global team accountable for translational science strategies in skeletal muscle regneration. he was also responsible for both forward and reverse translation of clinical trial data to enable registration of cell-based products.
Dr. Muthu currently serves on the board of head of research in Arte cell biotech. He received his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Master degree in Biotechnology from Bharathiyar University, and earned his PhD in stem cell biology from University of Madras.

Dr Shekinah Mishael (M.B.B.S) is a dedicated medical professional who began her journey in medicine at Melaka-Manipal Medical College, where she earned her medical degree. She then embarked on her clinical career as a House Officer at General Hospital Kuala Lumpur, gaining invaluable experience across multiple medical disciplines. Her passion for patient care led her to the Anaesthesiology Department, where she honed her skills in critical care, pain management, and perioperative medicine. During this time, she developed a keen interest in regenerative medicine, recognizing its potential to revolutionize patient treatment by harnessing the body’s natural healing mechanisms.
Dr Shekinah was appointed by Luxxo as Resident Doctor in 2022, has since focused on integrating regenerative medicine into modern medical practice. She continues to explore advanced therapeutic approaches that bridge conventional and regenerative medicine, aiming to enhance health, recovery, and overall well-being. Her expertise spans the treatment of oncology cases, utilizing innovative regenerative therapy approaches to support patients through their healing journey. With her passions to integrate wellness with nutrition and lifestyle changes for her patients, Dr Shekinah is now a qualified Wellness Doctor and is able to enhance the quality of life for those seeking for preventative care.
